My Story

I'm a 27 year old real estate investor, who bought 9 properties in the first year of investing. I am time, location, and financially free, but it wasn't always like that. Just a few years ago, I was just like you: stuck in a cycle of being overworked, underpaid, and too stressed to make a real change. My first job out of college was an aerospace engineering 9 to 5 salaried job. I worked that job Monday-Friday, but I had to dance for bar mitzvahs Friday and Saturday nights & waitress on Sundays to save any money. I was so burnt out from working 3 jobs and I knew there had to be a better way. That's when I discovered Tenant Flips: the best method for new investors who don't have much time to spare. This method allows you to invest in occupied single family homes, and add value to the property while your tenant pays the bills. It's lower risk than conventional strategies because you start earning income from day 1 (collect rent the day you close) and you can take your time with repairs since the expenses are all covered by the tenant (perfect for busy professionals).

I feel so fortunate that I am now completely location free and live in different cities around the world, moving pretty much every month.
